Area art teachers selected the student art work that is showcased. The selection of literary works to be published is determined each year by a panel of judges from The Council Bluffs Optimist Club. It is our desire to share their original written work (with editor rights) and original artwork with school patrons and citizens of Council Bluffs. and Iowa School for the Deaf provide instruction and encouragement to young writers and artists.
